Referrals are when a past buying or selling client, that has worked with one of our amazing CMG agents, refers us to a family or friend for buying and/or selling real estate.
According to the National Association REALTORS® 89% of buyers said they would use their agent again or recommend that person to others, and 85% of sellers say they would likely recommend their agent for future services.

Reason #1: Referrals help build the bridge for new relationships. When you recommend us as a trusted partner, it allows us to build a better rapport and gives us a mutual friend to make the buying and selling process that much more personable.
Reason #2: Referrals help us to meet more friends on the buyer/seller side of real estate – which is our top priority. Example: You refer your sister to CMG for selling her beautiful ranch home, her first home, so she wants a partner she can trust to give her the best outcome and advice to make the transaction flawless. When you refer your sister to us, of course we hopefully have the chance to meet her friends during and after the selling process, and then we can hopefully have the chance to provide her friends with the same great service that we offered to you and to your sister! This is one of the most gratifying ways for our CMG agents to see that you had a great experience, and so much so that you wanted to share with your social network. Likewise, if you see a friend on social media seeking real estate help, we encourage you to tag our CMG agents so they can reach out to help!
Idea #2: Through word of mouth! There is nothing more powerful than spreading the word through personal testimony. Word travels fast here in Huntsville, and your recommendation will go a long way.
